The money will be used to support the organization’s Dance Stars youth ballroom dance program.
Dance Stars participants perform annually at the BGC “Dance Like The Stars” special event, which is the organization’s largest fundraiser. It raised more than $160,000 in 2009.
The group reaches more than 2,000 youth annually through clubhouse locations in Tupelo, Oxford, Ripley, New Albany and Houston.
