Weekend services set for fallen soldier

HATTIESBURG — A weekend funeral service is set for a Hattiesburg soldier tho died this week of injuries suffered last month in Iraq.

The body of 29-year-old Army Sgt. Anthony O. Magee was to arrive Friday at the Hattiesburg-Laurel Regional Airport.

Visitations wast scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Hall's-Fairley Mortuary in Hattiesburg.

Services are set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Eastabuchie, with burial to follow in Venia Park in Collins.
