UPDATE: Blount found guilty in death of Trace cyclist

GREENVILLE – A jury today found Wendell Blount of Calhoun County guilty in the death of cyclist Esther Hageman on the Natchez Trace last year.

Hageman was killed April 22 when Blount's SUV struck and killed her as they both headed south near Houston.

Blount, 58, faces up to 33 years in prison and $500,000 in fines.
