Based in Glensview, Ill., the educational search firm will charge the district $10,000, plus an additional $2,500 for such costs as candidate travel and advertising expenses. The firm also offers a guarantee that if the principal selected by the district does not stay for more than one year, it will conduct a new search free.
The Tupelo School Board selected the firm at a specially called meeting on Wednesday. It is the same firm the district used last year in its search for a new superintendent.
The district hopes to hire the new principal by June 1.

personally....priorities are not straight.
And does this not still indicate that no currently in the Tupelo system is qualified?
*well then we need to get rid of the HR department if they AREN'T capable of hiring someone*
