Ripley had a chance to win in overtime. Down by one with 28 seconds left, LaNesha Cox missed a shot. Belmont responded by hitting three free throws down the stretch.
Ripley (23-10) was leading by eight halfway through the third quarter when Belmont began its charge. The Cardinals took their first lead of the game on Page's layup with 3:41 left.
Becca Ruckes and Cox each scored 15 points for the Tigers. Page had 13 rebounds for Belmont.
