ESTILL – Former New Albany attorney Timothy Balducci is back in the prison where he began his 24-month sentence for the attempted bribery of Calhoun City’s Judge Henry Lackey.

Thursday, the U.S. Bureau of Prisons’ Web site showed Balducci housed at the Estill security facility.

In between, he was moved to Monroe County while prosecutors considered a possible trial against then-Judge Bobby DeLaughter of Hinds County. After several months in Aberdeen, he was moved to prisons in Oklahoma City, then Atlanta, and then was listed back in South Carolina.

Balducci is scheduled for release in December.
