The one-hour sessions will take place every Monday night from Feb. 15 to March 15. Classes will be from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Cardiac Rehabilitation kitchen, located on the third floor of NMMC's East Tower, 830 S. Gloster St. Each session features instruction by a registered dietitian and a cooking demonstration. The fee for the course is $45.
