The Mississippi State women will try to keep knocking off supposedly better teams when No. 23 Kentucky visits Humphrey Coliseum today for a 2 p.m. tip-off.

The unranked Lady Bulldogs (14-7, 5-3 SEC) earned a pair of upsets last week against No. 21 Vanderbilt and No. 9 Georgia. They're 4-3 against ranked foes this season.

Senior guard Alexis Rack scored 17 points against Vanderbilt and then exploded for 34 versus Georgia. For the season, she leads the team and is second in the SEC with 20.3 points per game. Rack also ranks second in the nation in 3-point field goals per game (3.9).

Kentucky (17-3, 5-2) is riding a four-game winning streak and won at No. 18 LSU on Thursday, 71-62. Junior Victoria Dunlap's 17.5 points per game paces the Lady Wildcats, who lead the SEC in scoring offense, scoring margin, steals and turnover margin.

MSU alum Matthew Mitchell is in his third season as Kentucky's coach.
