In a motion filed today in U.S. District Court, Rebecca Dillard, Faye McLain and White ask the court to dismiss the women's lawsuit against him.
Dillard and McLain are the daughters of Esther Evans, and sued White and former nursing director Marilyn Lehman after they claimed their mother died too soon from massive doses of drugs the medical pair allowed to be administered to her at the hospice on Tupelo's west border.
The motion, dated Oct. 30, appears to end legal action against White, but it wasn't clear if anything similar has occurred for Lehman.
