"All of the parking and festival activities would be on the grass at Blue Bluff and we think it's too wet and muddy to hold the festival there," Ransom said.
The festival will be held Friday and Saturday on the entire block of West Commerce Street. One side of Meridian Street will be blocked as well.
"We are going to put the stage in the center of West Commerce facing the Post Office, Ransom said. "All of the food and vendors will be in the block and the car show will be in the parking lot of First Baptist Church. The weather is supposed to be really nice this weekend so it should be a great festival."
