Tupelo department wins statewide award

TUPELO – The Tupelo Parks and Recreation Department last month received a recreation award at the annual ARC Conference in Natchez. This award is given to recognize outstanding inclusive recreation programs with people with developmental disabilities.

“We are proud to accept this great honor,” said Leigh Ann Mallory, the department’s recreation director.
