JACKSON - The Mississippi Department of Health says the state's total number of swine flu cases is 105, and there are still no deaths.

Twenty-three cases have been reported in Harrison County, 16 in Jackson County, 11 in Forrest County, 10 in Lamar, nine in Rankin, seven in Madison, six in Hinds and three in Holmes. There are two each in Covington, Greene, Jones, Lauderdale, Lowndes and Yazoo counties; and one each in Chickasaw, DeSoto, Lafayette, Monroe, Perry, Union, Warren and Winston counties.

Officials say swine flu responds well to anti-viral medications, but children, the elderly, pregnant women and the chronically ill may be at higher risk for complications.

I agree with Gryphon, our Governors' intelligence is at it's peak!

Keep speaking about things you know NOTHING about, Gov. When it's time for you to run for Prez, America will know who NOT to vote for.

But our brilliant governor said at the start of all this that we didn't have to worry about swine flu in Mississippi!!
