OXFORD – Tupelo attorney William Catledge will plead guilty Monday, instead of going to trial on multiple charges that he lied on his federal income tax reports.

U.S. District Court documents today show a hearing set for 10:15 a.m. before Senior Judge Neal B. Biggers Jr.

Catledge was indicted Feb. 19 on three counts of under-reporting his income by about $1.5 million over several years.
