UPDATE:Man charged in Houston shooting death

HOUSTON – Curtis Robertson, 63, is charged with the Tuesday shooting death of his cousin.

Robertson is being charged with murder for allegedly shooting 55-year-old Johnny Smith over an apparent feud over property lines, according to authorities.

Robertson remains in the Chickasaw County Jail waiting arraignment.
