UPDATE: The information here also applies to Wednesday's schedule.

You may have trouble locating the SEC Baseball Tournament games for Ole Miss (9:30 a.m.) and Mississippi State (approximately 1 p.m.) on your TV today.

Those games are scheduled to be shown on SportSouth, a channel that's not widely available on Northeast Mississippi cable systems. I'm not aware of any Comcast system that carries SportSouth - a channel once known as Turner South - while it is available on Metrocast and most satellite systems.

What's more, I saw a press release that suggested that the games would be seen online through ESPN - but those games would be blacked out in markets where it was (theoretically) available on SportSouth. So I don't know if ESPN Watch will work, either.

To make it more maddening, the two later games today will be seen on CSS, which is - of course - available on all Comcast systems. And 6 of the 8 Bracket 1 games, which will include any appearances by Ole Miss and MSU, will be on SportSouth.

So find a friend with a dish, I guess, if you want to follow along.

It's unreal how they don't comment on State articles. I rarely even read them. I'm wondering if turfguy might have been kicked out of Ole Miss or is it just a strange obsession.

This could be the worst season collapse since the Hindenburg.

if jack reed want to rid tupelo of the homeless, why don't he let them live in his house and work at his stores. he won't because to him people of the poor class shouldn't be acknowledged. this is step one in riding tupelo of the poor. how long to you think it will take for him to start having houses bulldozed to make way for luxury apartments for all his elite friends?
