Two individuals were arrested Friday morning Sept 3 and charged with Grand Larceny in regards to items taken from a HWY 365 address between Cairo and Burton.  The pair are identified as Christopher Matthew Palmer 19 of 7901 HWY 371 North Marietta and Joseph Wolf Walters 25 of 14 Burleson Road Mantachie.  The pair were arrested after they took a trailer from a vacant house on HWY 365.  The owners of the property had reported earlier that someone had taken an International Truck frome the property and items from inside the house.  Their bonds were set at $5,000.  Palmer is free on bond, Walters had an outstanding warrant from Tupelo and is presently still in custody.
