VERONA – Bond was set at $30,000 for a man accused of robbing a man at a Verona car was Monday night.

Bryant Sterling, 17, of Verona was arrested Tuesday by Verona police and charged with armed robbery. Chief Leo Mask said Sterling allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint at about 10 p.m. Monday, taking his wallet.

No one was injured in the incident. Sterling remains in jail.

this is sad. this young man was going to have a promising future. doing what? i don't know, maybe a rocket scientist or president or movie star.
