Each satellite office will be open twice a month, starting this week, and will allow citizens to take their concerns and complaints straight to Presley and his staff.
Consumers can continue to contact Presley's office with any utility questions or concerns at 1(800) 637-7722 or 1 (800) 356-6428 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
