Wallace signed with Ole Miss earlier this month after a record-setting season in which he led East Mississippi Community College to the national championship.
He is expected to compete for the starting job when the Rebels begin spring drills in late March.
According to Oxford Police Chief Mike Martin, Wallace was issued a post-arrest citation shortly after 10 p.m., at Rooster's Blues House last Thursday.
Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze said in a statement that he was aware of the situation and will address it internally.

The Rebelbears are in search of a leader on the field and probably in the locker room as well. Maybe The Rebelbear Killer, Dan Mullen saw the lack of leadership in the QB and decided it was better that he plays in Oxfart.
You do make a valid point about the character of a leader. With all the difficult they have had and with the new coach trying to legitimize the the program, the QB should work to be above reproach. Need to put him in the Freezer til fall...hibernation maybe?
Good life lesson....Don't get caught, and if you do make sure your ID is illegal...but not the cheap illegal...spend that extra $50. Heck, the coach can probably have it made on campus for you.
I did the same things at that age, but if I got caught it only affected my family, this affects the entire football program and university.
